apartments, condominiums and

parcels
• a new neo-traditional zoning district was created
in
 coordination
with the City of Salisbury
• design of guidelines for architecture, streetscapes,
 open
space and landscape were established
• patterns for traffic, land use, zoning, open space
 and landscape
were studied in an effort to be
 consistent
with the surrounding area
